I'm not a fan of high end fashion brands, I can't afford it anyway...(tears) However, I came across a tutorial online to "how to get a YSL ring from a lipstick". So!! Got a tube of used up lipstick from a fd, and see how it goes~~ (I can never used up a full tube of lipstick, n i don't want to waste mine.)

OMG Guys, u know how ppl were talking abt the great hair curler days back? The chunky one with a big round shell? I was pretty hesitated to buy it due to its size, don't hv that much a space to put it away n i don't curl my hair everyday!

But this~~~~ OMG, something i hv to hv!!

Btw this is not an ad. why do i hv to say this be4 hand? Becoz, i got mine from a lucky draw hosted by Vivi a while ago!! I hv never had so much luck in my life!! Got soooo excited, i finally got a chance to use it.

Ok, this was a business trip, so most of the places i went was just a short visit.... Hadn't got much time to take a great careful look at things. So this is only gonna be a brief blog abt my trip to New York~~~XDDDDD

This is my promised piece of blog~~  I went ti Taiwan for a few days, so lets talk abt Taiwan!!

 First of all..... departure~~

See my passport?! becoz my passport was outdated and i could not get a renewal done in time, i had to get a umergency travel document (UTD)!

UTD is a temporary one yr passport for travelling out of the country ONCE with a specified destination only. That cost me extra $1000 hkd!!! JESUS!! Soooo EXPENSIVE!!! Q^Q

Macau Trip Part2~

Right~~ The reason for why i separated 1 trip into 2 blogs is becoz i took tooooooo many photots~~
Especially I went to the Venetian, so u guys can kindda guess how busy i was taking pictures~~~

Like said in previous blog, traveling from one place to another in Macau, it is best if u can take shuttle bus from one place to another, cos the taxi and buses are always full of ppl~~~ = =!!!

So, we took Venetian's shuttle bus and be4 that, we took some pic on the way~~ >W< Fisherman's Wharf is such a beautiful place!!!

Estee Lauder Private Sale!!

Happy Saturday!!!

Plan for today…. Shopping shopping and shopping!! XDDDD
Plan made becoz……. I received an invitation card from my fd, it’s Estee Lauder Private Sale!!! He couldn’t go coz he’s on duty for both days~~ So………… I get to go for him!!! XDDDDD

 Just happens that a few things from my cosmetics box have ran out / gonna run out, so my shopping list for the day are: Conceler, Foundation, 2 way cake, eyelash glue~

The sale starts at 10:30am…. We PLANNED to go by 11:00am… so the best stuff doesn’t get sold out be4 we get there. HOWEVER……. By the time I got up…. It was 11:00am~~ XDDDD HA!! Plans are made to guide urself, not necessary to follow, rite? =W=+

 Dress code for today>> casual…. ish, not stuffy, easy and convenient.



Arrived at the hotel at around 1:30pm~ Then…………………

Queue!!!! 

Jesus!!! I’ve never though a private sale by invitation would hv so many ppl!! This is only the outside part



After the outside area, there’s a room especially for queuing, thank god they hv some chairs…… = =!! However, the air-con was definitely not strong enough.



OK, finally, our turn to go in………. but, when we got to the front…….. the door closed…….. SH*T!!!! Honestly, it was 3:00pm by then, feeling slightly depressed when the door shut before me……. But, thank god again, only took abt 10~15 mins, we got to go in!!

Then…….. becoz the bypass of ppl, within the hall, you can still get to grab what u want pretty easily within a kind of small(ish) area like that.

Just……… really……… the queuing again to pay was pretty annoying……….. 1st, u hv to let the staff check all ur items and sum up the amount, so u don’t buy more than HK$ 3,000. Finally u pay by cash or EPS.

There are rules for this sale, you do not buy more than 3 of the same item, and the quota per invitation card was HK$3,000 only (1 invitation card was for 2 ppl btw).





At the end, mine was HK$3,080 , just slightly over quota!~ XDDDD




I actually forgot about the quota after randomly picking things to buy for myself and my mum~~(she complaints I gave Mochi’s mum a bottle of SK-II) = =!!

Anyway, this is when I got for today…….




Looks pretty amazing how much I buy rite? This, all together, HK$3,080!!!

They're not all for my own use, some for friends, some for my mum, some for my sis~~ (mum said she got a bf now, buying loads of expensive clothing and cosmetics products ~~XDDDD)

BTW, also went across to Uniqlo to look at the Monster Hunter t-shirts. I didn’t play the game, but the cat is cute~~ So, went to hv a look………… Humm…………..

Really, I don’t want to be too obvious that Im wearing a MH tee, so, chose 2 more pattern based t-shirts.

 

(one ear of my cat cell case fell off~XDDDD excuse me for that) 




One thing I have to say is………. a T-shirt for HK$129 with a good quality is no big deal. Just………. U don’t put signs next to the T-shirts that are not on sale to mislead ppl.

I saw basically in most places of the store where they hv t-shirts on display, “HK$129 for two”. Guess what, the sign was also shown next to the MH t-shirts too. Only when I got to the cashier, after queuing again, I realised that they are asking me to pay more than HK$129, and I asked, the cashier then told me, those are not on sale.

Like I said, Im fine with it, just what if the ppl are not? Think abt this, a boy come to puy 2 MH t-shirts, mother agreeded, coz its cheap. Then get to cashier, mother disagree…. How disappointed would that be?! Come on!! Selling is not like this alright?! = =+

Wish big companies like them won't do things like this = =" 

New PC Get!!!!

Hurray!!!! Hurray!!!

New PC!! New PC!!!! Finally!!!

Why am I this excited??

BECOZ!!!! I've been using my old PC for 5 yrs!!! It was slow, also reboots itself whenever it feels like to. It got super annoying recently, as it keeps on rebooting whenever I tried to watch a film/anime online!Q^Q

 SOOOOOOO!! I've got my new PC, and the CPU, main board, Ram, display card....etc. all was great standard!! (Mochi said they were, coz I'm a PC idiot) Anyway,, my lovely Shinny purple PC~~~~>W<


Also, since I am now living at my own home, not a place I rent, my room's much bigger, hopfully, I'm gonna do so tutorial videos~! Therefore, I bought this~ >///////<



And becoz the simplified chinese looks ugly on it, a little decoration needed~~XDDDDD



Oh! btw Im starting to play League  of Legends, huhuhu..... a new mouse was needed~~~
I do swear I didn't buy this becoz of the lovely kitty~~~Not~~~ Hahahaha~~~
 
Anyway, I'm pretty useless on that game..... still trying to play well using Lulu...... Do feel free to play with me if u don't mind my being level 9 only! >W<

Oh~~ I can't believe I'm enjoyig my work!! Not stressful, leave office on time, got to hv sat and sun off~!!! >//////< Such a great job~!! (well, do get told off sometimes, but dealable~!!)

Everyone seems to wear pretty casual, but my dept. head said I have too look ..... er..... presentful? I guess it is becoz our dept. is more customer servicing based..... I guess we hv to be prepared to see our clients anytime? (oh well, I do get pretty lazy from time to time. XDDDD)
After abt a month of looking "presentful" my foot just couldn't handle it anymore, so.... new shoes!! 
This was bought from Sogo~ Very nice, easy to match different cloths, also very comfortable!! 
I actually bought one size bigger, so my feet don't get all wrapper up by it.
Te best thing I find is that..... it is plastic!! (like the crocs shoes material) When it rains, I don't need to worry that it will get damaged!!!>//////< really liking these at the moment.

BTW, just happens to be talking abt shopping...... I hv a big concern.......
It is just me got very grumpy, or is everyone getting ruder and ruder.....?
The services of shops are getting sooooooooooo BAD!!!! 
I don't blame small shops' sales ppl, since they are busy, and they do work in a small space busily for at least 8 hrs. However, in a non busy shop, and well, even can call high end shop, I see no reason for them beng rude!!
Last night I went to the movies at IFC. (Ice age btw!) then, after the movies, I went window shopping, shops were abt to close though......

Anyway, I went into Zara looking for a pair of bottoms to get to work(I hv only OP!!) Checked out the shop, found one pair I actually wanted to buy, only if it fits of coz. (Zara's sizes are a little big for Asian) So, went to the fitting area, which I found great!!
Private, big, also the decoration and the use of purple and brown colour of velvet was soooooo nice!! It made me feel that the whole process of fitting was being treasured.  Not allowing male customers to enter was another plus to me, although I realised that the lady trying to ask her husband for opinion was difficult. =P  
Anyway, the pair of shiffon bottom I tried on was toooooo big!! (It was actually a M size) So, I asked for a S or XS to try on..... Then, problem came.
Firstly, the sales girl welcomed me into the fitting area was fine.... When I needed to get different sizes, it was another girl, who looks to me less willing to help. I asked, she called a boy over to get the 2 sizes for me. He did, in a pretty odd way, but that wasn't rude, so I don't bother mentioning. I went back in, wanting to inform I had 2 pieces of clothing with me. Her answer was :"just go in as it is" (就咁入去啦) er............ little impatient sensed?
I guess it was becoz they are closing, so I got changed pretty fast. BUT!!!!!!!!! After I tried on the S size, they turned off the fitting area's air-con!!!
I quikly tried onto the other one, looked into the mirror, feeling the lights by the mirror shining on me made me look better, but also hotter as in really hot!!!
That's it, im out of here. Gave up buying!!
Stepped out of the fitting room, the sales girls couldn't be bothered to look at what I need.(only me and the lady I mentioned earlier in the fitting area) I put the bottoms aside, also told them where I've put them. Then went back into the shop area, and............Fu******K!!!! They'veONLY turned off the air con in the fitting room!!!
Im sorry, that, is just awful!!! You want to stop the customers trying your clothes, you can put a barrier out say 10 mins be4 ur shop close.  You don't turn off the silly air con and force ur customers to leave! ="=  
That was unpleasent, $300 HKD for a pair of trousers was fine, but with the service and the boiling hot fitting room. I'm sorry, I'd rather buy a $ 500 HKD pair of shorts from Snidel. 
Again, I can accept these kind of services from boutiques in MK or even Cotton On. However, when Zara consider themselves (or used to? not quite sure////) as a more luxury brand, I think they really should keep thier service consistant no matter they are in the high end shop or the on sales shops!!!
