Heya everyone!!! First of all~~~ A super super late happy x'mas and new yr!!>W<

Er..... I guess u guys all had a pretty amazing new yr and x'mas~~

For me............ my Christmas............ no bad, not brilliant.......... =^= I was hoping for a great one thou.............

Anyway, this blog, I'll talk abt the 25th, the other days........  do tmr? XDDDD

Hum..... 25th was more of a relaxing day~~ Not much fuss rushing out to hv to go taking pic by the sea side what so ever~~ To start off, we had brunch....... and yup...... Curry.........

Isn't that just a super heavy brunch? XDDDDD

Personally, I hv always liked Japanese curry more than Indian curry.......... Not saying that they're not good, just............ I super bad in eating spicy food!! Take one bit of a curry chicken, I'll end up drinking 3 glasses of water before I bite into it again!! =""= This is why I like Japanese curry, they are sweet, mild, good to go with everything~~~

We came to this bee curry shop again, a fd said by its portion, a little expensive, but I think by the quality, it is a fair price. To be more precise, Oh well, its CWB, everything is expensive (ゝω・)



Mochi ordered Beef curry and Soba with Veg Tempura, that was a set~
Good for boys who eats a lot!! (lol)


I ordered fried potato cake, not really into meat in the morning~~~


From the pic u can just tell....... there's much is the curry sauce itself, I like it this way, coz Im not the kind of person who likes to hv big batcher within the mouth. I like it simple~~ Especially this is BRUNCH!! (★'A`!) (((stop emphasizing.....))

Also, this time we went wasn't at dinner, so it wasn't a set with drink and instead there was a miso soup. I was satisfied~~~ >///W///<

No, there was no next!! Mochi needed to go to work...... so I went and kind of help out a bit~~~ Dress code for the day~~~ Sweet Lolita~~~



This lolita I bought many many many yrs ago!! It supposed to come with a headdress= =|||| somehow I managed to loose it, and I had not got any ribbon at home. Tis why i end up looking so plain on the hair........ hurray.................（つ'A`゜）

First~~ You get the pastry ready..........
I hv to say, the recipies from internet? They're never correct!!!! This pastry mixture I wasted 3 bath to get the texture just right!!! I hv no idea why the ppl who consider themself cooks can put something like that onto their blogs!! At the end I reduced 1/2 of the butter to that mixture, gosh!! (♯'`★!)  


OK, then u bake ur pie......... (((steps jumped? XDDDDDD
It ends up like this~~ Not the most beautiful in the world, but I tried my best~~~~



The texture of the apple was perfect~~ Soft, and not too sour~~ the pastry I should have baked it for a while b4 baking the whole pie, it was a little soggy~~~ But I can live with that =P

I will definitely challenge this again~~~ I really like apple pies!!!

The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey

In this blog, I will talk about what happens in the movie, so please read this after u've seen the film if u don't want to know the story before hand~ Thank you! >W<

I have to say, I had high expectation for this film~ All becoz of how good "The Lords of The Ring" was~~~

Overall, it is same world, so, pretty much of what I was expecting~~

Just, this time, less hero like~~~

I don't know its supposed to be like this or what, the dwarfs looks pretty good in fights / wars etc. but in fact, not really......... they're a bunch of motley crew who always get caught in bad stands of the situations............ Well, u can say they are doing pretty good with only a few worriers who can fight(but old =W=). They could get this far, in my opinion becoz Gandalf was there, Mr. Baggins weren't really doing much in the first film(The Hobbit comes in 3 films). Even when he saved Oakenshield, I couldn't really feel how much courage he has put into it.

I mean..... Gandalf especially told him that Bravery is to be conscious of taking a life to save one, that is preparing the audience to see Mr. Baggins' consciousness at some point right? BUT....... I felt non = =!!!

Was it becoz I wasn't enjoying the film?  Nope~~~ I liked that film, I pretty enjoyed it, just this film is not as intense as The Lord of The Rings, therefore........ Although it supposed to be a heroic story of fighting the dragons to get back their home(or the treasure?), still, this first film was just random fighting with ugly Orcs. not much of that amazing scene with thousands of Orc army across the land. So..... in The Hobbit, I find...... Not much of that "Wow!" feeling. T^T

Move it!!!

Recently.... I'm experiencing some........ problems with girls........
Not period pain, not boyfriend, not shopping.........
Its......... Getting fat!!!!

At the beginning of this year, I talked about diet right? So happens that it was just..... er..... how to put it........ hum......... a little constipation? XDDDDD Nahhhh....... it was the body waste inside ur intestine which couldn't get discharged from ur body, that caused me a big tummy~~ know as ""縮便" in chinese~ XDDDDD

To handle that was easy, eat more fruit and veg was the best and most healthy way of doing it. BUT~ My way, I had toooooo much body waste in me, it caused me health issues, such as consistently high body temp(But not high enough to call it a high temp), reluctant to eat and also unable to sleep at night. So, I went for the chinese doc, had a good time going to the loo every 2 to 3 hrs, also tummy hurts like hell every so often. AND.......... problem solved~

This time, it was different............ I hv most of my time stuck in office, and of coz, sitting...............
I am now a size 25 for buying bottoms!!!! WTF!!?!!!

I used to be a 23-24 !!!!!!!!!!! I want my waist back!!!!!!!!!!!!!! So............. as I can't do much about food (mum cook it, I can't get my mum to cook separately for me since that'd be too much to ask I think), I need to put in some sports.............

First, I will go for Kyudo~~~~ >W<

I've actually been to visit the HK Kyudo class in July. However, the Hong Kong area wasn't really what I think is best to take up, but now..... I need to do something other than sitting and studying....... Or I think I'll become double of my present size.....

Apart from that, there's also another thing to do.......... I saw this in fb.
It is just random moving the hip and waist, I think this can be of good help......... But many of my fds said they're not used to moving waist like this, it is difficult. Then............ I remembered a fd show me this video.........

It is one of the Japanese AV Actress' daily practice........ I think this is quite stunning to me, cos........ I underestimate how dedicated they are to their job!! I now see how much behind the scene work the AV actresses hv to do!! Er........ That topic we'll talk abt later(if I am to talk abt it XD).

However, not all movements, some I do think will be good hip activity. To me it is random aerobics~ So........ I'll put in 10 mins of that dancing twisting waist every night, and 20 move of the moving hip back and forth for now~~ I'll report my waistline number every so often~~!! Yeah!!!! >W<

BBQ in MK!~

Hu?! Don't ask me why, but..... we went for a BBQ in MK..........
To be more specific, more like Prince Edward, just a little further than langham palace.
It is a BBQ buffet thing at the top floor of an old old old building......
So old that it.......... has no elevator.......... 
The building wasn't high, JUST 8 FLOORS REALLY!!! 
However, the old buildings tends to have high cellings..... therefore, 1 level of an old building is equal to 2 levels of normal buildings now!!! Which means......... I've climbed 16 floors!!! ><" 
Anyway, mochi invited me, cos one of his best fds came back from Taiwan so.... had to get myself upthere........ but after I did, no time to look around, Chair!!  Give me a Chair!!! (Dead)
After I had plenty of rests........ the fire was set up, (the staff did it for us), I went to get something to burn...... er..... I mean, to BBQ with........
 Just had a little look, the view there was actually quite nice~! Not completely surrounded by buildings closely, less pressurised. Weather, plenty of wind.... and rain, but we had a tent over us, so it was completely fine~ I think it was actually gd, coz without the wind & rain, it'd be super stuffy!!

 See? The best think I like here is that, it is clean!! Not sticky, no black muddy looking walls. Well, the chairs was a little grey....... but what'd u expect for BBQ? yeah, something like that~~ So, bearable.

See? again, clean!!! I like this~>W< About food, I think u can't talk much about it.... coz........ 

u see? Variety really isn't that much, I should hv bought some mrashmallows myself...... U MUST HAVE MRASHMELLOWS WHEN U BBQ!! >///0///<
Anyway, I'm not the ppl who love to BBQ, I just enjoy hving fds gathering burning away and chat at the same time~  This is the Hong Kong BBQ~~ English BBQ I've been, is more like a out door cooking picnic, I also enjoy that, cos the grown-ups do all the BBQing~ XDDD I just eat~~ haha~~~
While we were chatting, that fd came back from Taiwai said the TW way of BBQ is completely different, they do not have fish balls, saussages, chicken wings etc. during a BBQ, they have Dried Tofu, Vegtables, also some other dried stuff that I forgot~~ 
WHAT?! =0=" I hv always thought Taiwan BBQ is the same as HK!~ 
I mean......... isn't that annoying? spending time to BBQ something that is already dried? = =" Also, like the english BBQ, they do it on the net~ Not like the HK way~~~ That fd describe it as Super Boring and will never be able to eat enough = =|||| Er........ Understand where he comes from alright~ =P
Overall, fun night, =P Will definately go again, I hate doing washing up after BBQ~ Its so good that someone will do it all for u~~~ >W<b

High Tea at Sky 100!!!

Huhuhu~~~
All of a sudden, my colleges whats app me to go for a high tea in sky 100~
One second, decided, of course!!! YES!!!! >W<

I  hvn't been asked to go for a high tea for such a looooong time!!!! >///////< Reason being, everyone's saving money for one reason or other..... er...... including me, but still, once in a month I find reasonable =P



Getting there was pretty easy,  taking the MTR is the most straight forward way~ Just......if u don't know ur way in elements, it can become quite annoying in finding the elevator. If u are really lost, just ask where is LV,  the elevator is very close to it. (I doubt many ppl can tell u directly the way to the elevator)

so, got up there~ 1st impression.............................................

OK........ No sea view, er... not completely hvn't, just most seats hv it, some don't (like ours!!!)

What  a massive tea pot!!! And a Big jar of milk!! =0="" Nothing graceful at all?? (I'm the kind who believe high tea should be grand, should be graceful!!) And........ when I got some into my cup.........

Doesn't this look a little too pale? It supposed to be black tea right?



OK.......the tea was for two to share, but the milk was for many to share!!!
I guess we'd hv to accept that "=3= so cheers~

★★ Celery & apple marinated salmon with squid ink bread. ★★
>W< I love smoke salmon, but couldn't taste any of the celery & apple, and I don't think the squid ink supposed to taste of anything. Just consider the smoke salmon alone was a pretty good start.


★★ Pickle cucumber & cream cheese finger sandwich ★★
Sandwich, normal level.....no bad, not brilliant..... Keeping the fresh start~

The bun at the back!!!  GREAT!!!
★★ Foie gras mousse with sweet bun ★★
I think its becoz I'm super into foie gras, I loved this one! =P The flavour was strong, very creamy, very smooth, and yet not "greasy". Amount of the mousse was plenty, so u don't hv to worry that u'll eat all the mousse and left with 2 bites of bun in ur hand. I dislike eating bun alone T^T


★★ Chestnut mousseline shot ★★
At first, I was pretty looking forward to it, cos I like mousses~~ Then, first bite, coffee cookie at the top, er........ strong coffee taste, but also quite sweet...... ="= Its feels a little odd to hv both flavour at the same time. I then took the cookie with the mousse...... er...... tasted like sugar.... and cream I guess......... and............. that's it, little bit of the chessnut flavour, but..... er........ too "oily"........ =__________="

★★ Chestnut cream, breton ★★ 
The little chestnut cake at the right, the whole thing was quite well coordinated~~~~ The chestnut mixture at the top stands out by itself, at the same time the cream beneath reduce its sweetness. Normally chestnut cake hv loads of that stuff at the top right? I found that toooooo sweet, but this was just right >W< The cookie at  the bottom adds a bit of texture to the cake, so doesn't feel like ur eating a spoon full of cream! Like!!


★★ Choco chestnut tart ★★ 
Er....................Super dry chocolate cake ="= I took one bite, then left it aside....... didn't taste of anything...... = =|||



★★ Pecan chestnut chocolate cake ★★ 
Urgh...... don't even want to talk about it........ pecan and chestnut at top was a bad start, hard to bit into, dry, and that sweet flavour, OH hell, don't know how to describe, forgive me ...... One of my  college said it was nice, but I don't agree..... ppl who likes pecan and chestnut can give it a try, u might like it.

★★ Chestnut chcoclate roll ★★
 When I bit into it, I though...... huh?! hard? why?! Then realised it was a cake, and not what I think --- mousse. Little disappointment, but it was OK, normal standard. One thing I though was good is that little piece of chocolate at the top was real chocolate, not choco tasted sugar.



★★ Chestnut Drop ★★ 
On the left..... OK...... don't like it......... too hard, too sweet..... I don't think that biscuit underneath goes well with the chestnut, also I could hardly taste the chocolate.......

★★ Chestnut confit cake ★★
Er........... sweet, soft, will be quite nice with just that and a cup of tea..... But for the tea set, the cake was a little too much. This was the last cake I had, I took one bite and couldn't finish it. The whole chocolate library was actually quite heavy.......... we sat that till almost 7 pm, starting from 2:30 pm...... All this time I couldn't finish this tea =0="

BTW, funny enough,  we saw this at the back of our sofas...... XDDDDD This was offered for free, the little girls loved it~~~ Coming again and again for it~~~ We also took a bit, ordinary sweets~~~ =P



Finally, Dress code~~~ =P



Since hving tea with college, tried to keep a low profile.......... but even this was still very "anime" to them = =||| I may really hv to go out in T-shirt and Jeans next time? =0=

Isn't this just soooooooo much better?!!!! I paid $ 300 HKD ish for this!!!! Not that chocolate library and a comfy sofa........... Next time, I'm soooo gonna book this side~!!

And............. I also went up to 118/F, to hv a look at the bar~~ but tooooo many ppl, may feel a little rude to take pic~~ So, although a little misty, enjoy the views guys!>W<

First of all...... saw a lot of ppl "praising" her bravery.....
Huh? I thought it is an open secreat that she is right? Even Ming Gor seems to be like one, he rarely gets onto the Star Gossip pages of newpaper. On the other hand, HOCC, every so often, u see her getting involve?

No matter who avows that they are gay / Leabian, I really think it is their own business...... Really, at the event like this, I think the chance of encouraing the members, should not be used for ones own good.

Although she said she should hv done it yrs ago, but she hasn't right? Why do it in an event when u know there wouyld be large amount of press?

Quite a while ago, I caught ppl saying that her career is running down hill, and I hv hear little abt her ever since (even I watch music channel). I don't think that is not a hint that her career is no longer at the top of the selebrities.

To me....... no matter it is the group invites her to do the talk, or she volunteered to do so..... it involves a heavy sense of publicity to me. Therefore, no praising, no admiring of bravery what so ever!

BTW, I Support ppl who loves their same sex, I even hv more than one fd who is a member, their love is much more simple than heterosexual lovers. I saw fds who announced the fact to their family, ends up family hate towards whatever he does afterwards. I hv fd who does the same, but by hving a loving mother after a moments of shock, accepting her daughter's lover. I feel happy for them when they finally overcomes all the difficulties.  

BUT, I cannot support stars who uses this to gain benefit.

Wedding party

It is the Chinese tradition that, u invite ppl to a big party at the same night u loose ur freedom.... er..... I mean, wedding.....

Many ppl are now getting married but without very much of a wedding fund.......... Most ppl hope they'll get the money back on the big party at night.... When most of them.... actually get 80% of it, some get not even half of it back!~

Why? Becoz their friends are not chasing up the inflation!! The red pocket they give when arrived at the party, is still $500 hkd no matter they're going to a hotel party or a big Chinese restaurant.

These kind of fds, would u rather them not to come? Or come anyway?

Why am i saying this? not coz im getting married, its becoz....... this has happened~~XDDDDD
