A Calming Maid Cafe~

>W<b ... Recently I heard many ppl saying that " I'd love to try maid cafe, just i don't want my fds to feel that im an otaku" <Otaku meaning please click here>

Although many maid cafe in HK is very ACG orientated, but, this one, just the atmosphere is more calm and less otaku, for ppl who want to try maid cafe, this can start u off~~

I was alone on the street, n i hv a few hours to go be4 the movies~~ So, it was decided to go to sit in a cafe for an early dinner~~ I was gonna go to the bulter cafe, but they only do tea room now, I want to hv some actual food, so chose this one~ (they're owned by the same person I think)

 There are many maid cafe in HK (well, they name themselves different, but does the same thing), I chose this one is becos it was a quiet(not good for the cafe itself i guess), not entirely comfortable, but nice area~~~

 First sat down and made the order~

The food choices weren't that many, I chose the typical Omurice(rice warapped with egg) and Darjeeling.

Here's my tea, it was a fruit flavoured Darjeeling, can't remember what it was. See that beautiful tea cup? They have a cupboard with all sorts of different tea cups! When u order English tea, the maid will personally escort u to choose ur tea cup (although it is only a few steps away). I chose this one~ There were many other very grand and very flowery tea cups, but I think........ too over the top, I'll hv this one~ XDDDD

The tea comes with a small basket of biscuits~ there were 2 I think~ I start eating before remembering to take that pic~~ XDDD Sorry~~~ Starving by then~~~

Oh, btw u see that cover at the corner? That came with the tea for heat preservation, a whole pot of tea takes time to finish, sometimes tea get cold very quickly, and becomes bitter T^T Having this cover for the tea pot is gooooood~~!! At least my tea was still warm when I leave~~

My food finally came~~ To be honest, so slow = =!!! I was on my 2nd cup of tea I think when the rice came.... I was drinking at a slow speed......

Like in all maid cafe, the maid will draw on ur Omurice, mine.... according to my maid, it was a character from Funghi gardening........... er............. hum............ anyway, dig in~~~

I hv to say, it was not my first time there, the food quality has definitely increased~~ =W=+  Well, of coz u won't expect fine dinning food level, for a maid cafe level, it was not bad~~

I think as a whole, it was a nice area to kill time quietly, if u want to play with maid and be real ACG atmosphere, Im afraid this would not be the maid cafe of ur choice~~ =P

However, their area is too small, feels really strange when I was one the phone...... I was alone and couldn't go outside for the phone call = =!! So..... Ummmm..... yeah, area too small~~ I guess not their fault~~ Rent is crazy in HK.............
